First, please check if you have been charged in the Transaction History section.
Please follow these steps below.
Find your transaction history.
1) Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
2) Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
3) Click Accounts Center, then click Payments.
4) Click Meta Pay, then click Activity to find your transactions.
Note: Not everyone will be able to access this setting in Accounts Center at this time. If the above steps don't work for you, try the following:
If you see a wrongly charged item, please follow the steps below to get a refund.
1) Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
2) Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
3) Click Payments from the left.
4) Click Activity from the left to find your transactions.
5) Click any transaction to see the transaction details.
Click on 'Report a problem' and request refund.
If you don't see the item you paid for in your payment settings, the payment most likely wasn't successful. Unsuccessful charges commonly appear as authorization charges when attempting to charge your payment method.
Bank statements often display charges like these as either 'pending' or 'processing' which can take 7-9 business days to disappear. The descriptions are often displayed as “FACEBK *PAYMENT” or “FACEBK VIRTUAL GOODS”.
